Information we collect

Information you provide directly, such as your name, company, job title, telephone number, email address, site address, service requirements, preferred appointment details and the content of your messages.

Information submitted through Meta services, such as Facebook or Instagram lead forms, Pages, messaging tools or an authorized Meta API. Depending on what you submit or permit Meta to share, this may include your name, contact details, Meta account or profile identifier, business information and the content of your enquiry.

Limited technical and usage information, such as IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring page and cookie or analytics information. Optional analytics are activated only after consent on our website.

How we use information

We use personal information to respond to enquiries; arrange site surveys; prepare quotations; provide, support and improve our services; manage customer and supplier relationships; communicate about requested services; maintain security; keep business records; and comply with legal or regulatory obligations.

Where permitted, we may follow up on a request or lead about relevant Alpha Legacy services. We do not use information received from Meta for purposes that are unrelated to the interaction or permission through which it was provided.

Legal grounds

Depending on the circumstances, we process information with your consent, to take steps at your request before entering into or performing a contract, for our legitimate business interests in responding to and managing enquiries, or to comply with applicable legal obligations.

Sharing and service providers

We may share information only as necessary with trusted providers that support website hosting, analytics, communications, customer management or professional services, and with authorities where required by law. These parties may process information only for the relevant service or legal purpose.

Your interactions with Facebook, Instagram and other Meta products are also subject to Meta’s own privacy terms. We do not sell personal information or transfer information received through Meta to data brokers.

Data retention

We retain enquiry and lead information for up to 24 months after the last interaction, unless it becomes part of an active customer, supplier or contractual record or a longer period is required by law. Contract, transaction and compliance records are retained for the period required for legitimate business and legal purposes. Information is deleted or anonymized when it is no longer needed.

Deletion requests

You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal information by emailing info@alphalegacykw.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request”. Include enough information for us to identify the relevant record, such as the email address, telephone number or Meta profile used in your interaction. Do not send passwords or sensitive identification documents unless we specifically and securely request them.

We will verify the request where necessary, delete or anonymize eligible information, and confirm completion within the period required by applicable law. We may retain limited information where necessary to comply with law, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or enforce agreements.

Security and international processing

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. Some service providers may process information outside Kuwait; when this occurs, we take reasonable steps to use providers and safeguards appropriate to the transfer. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Children’s privacy

Our business services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this website or Meta lead activities.
